Vanessa has been with Longhorn Construction Group since its beginning, and over the years, she has gained a vast amount of knowledge in the flooring sector. She originally started with ceramic tile installation and wood floors. Over time, her flooring expertise has expanded to include all types of flooring applications. She is truly a flooring whisperer among our dedicated team members.

Jose has been with Longhorn Construction Group for over 3 years, Jose comes from the insurance adjuster sector. There, he mastered estimating using the industry-leading Xactimate to provide estimates for insurance claims losses. His role encompasses estimating and project management, making him a valuable asset among our team members.

Aaron has been with Longhorn Construction Group for over 4 years. His background is in landscaping, where he managed his own business and was involved in everyday activities from material delivery to labor application. Aaron then transitioned to work as a water mitigation technician, where he learned about the challenges clients face when experiencing a loss due to fire or water.  Aaron has mastered Xactimate and now handles estimating and project management as one of our valued team members.

Ajay comes from mortgage loan finance and joined our team members at Longhorn Construction Group three years ago. He was ready to move on from the desk job and wanted to learn something new. Now, Ajay handles estimating and project management. He is also our go-to person when it comes to spreadsheets, tech, and innovative ideas for improvement.
